The ASCM committee does not guarantee that all the abstracts submitted are accepted or that the acceptance process can be done within the "early bird" period.

Call for Abstracts

Abstract submission until the 30th of June 2024
Abstract acceptance notification by the 31st of July 2024

Guidelines for abstract submission:
​
Only one abstract allowed for oral presentation for each participant registration.
​
Poster presentation is restricted to two per participation registration.
​
Format:
-
Each Abstract (research study) must be structured into four sections: (1) Introduction, (2) Materials and Methods, (3) Results, and (4) Discussion. A conclusion is optional.
-
The abstract should not exceed a 25-double-spaced A4 page (Time New Roman or similar font, 12-point, with 1” margins) with no more than 300 words.

The title should be included, and the study should objectively describe the study.

Three to six keywords should be provided.
-
Do not include any graphs, tables, or images in the abstract.
